The Office Manager will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, including but not
limited to maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts,
managing accounts payable and receivable, other duties as assigned
Responsibilities
· Accounts Receivable- Invoicing, Collections
· Accounts Payable- ACH Payments, Invoice Entry
· Process Weekly Payroll along with payroll tax disbursements
· Process Monthly Union reports and payments
· Process Monthly Sales Tax along with Material Job Cost
· Process 1099’s; W2’s; Quarterly Payroll Taxes
· Preparation of financial reports, including balance sheet and income statement
· Assist with year-end audit and payment of taxes
· Perform other tasks as assigned
Skills
· Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Payroll experience
· Understanding of Accounting principles and procedures
· Strong Analytical, Verbal and Written communication skills
· Experience with Sage 100 is a plus
· Proficient Microsoft Office
· Self-motivated, organized, and detail-driven
· Ability to analyze data and produce reports
· Experience with month-end and year-end closing procedures
· Ability to work independently and part of a team
